Order Policies
Aside from our written policies, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and give us a chance to rectify the situation.

Order Receipt
Orders received before 12pm EST will be processed that day. Orders received after 12pm EST will be put into the order queue for the following day. If the product you are ordering lists a lead time of 3-5 days, please remember if you order it on Monday at 4pm, it is 3-5 days from the day of processing (which, for an order placed on Monday at 4pm, would be Tuesday).

Stock Status
We develop, produce and sell all of our own products, we are not just a reseller. Many of our products have various options (anodized vs. polished vs. brushed finish, for example), so when you place an order, some minor assembly usually takes place before your item ships. The expected ship time is displayed for each product on that product's page. Please note that the estimated ship time is the time until your order will ship - so in order to determine when you will have the item in hand, add in the appropriate number of days for the shipping you selected. Please remember we are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific time, 12pm-8pm Eastern time and do not process orders or ship on weekends and holidays.

Payment and Shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card for payments. Once your payment is processed, your items will be assembled (if any assembly is required) and shipped to you according to the lead time shown on the product page. We are only able to ship to the billing address of your credit card, for fraud prevention measures. We ship express orders exclusively via FedEx. Ground orders ship either by FedEx ground, FedEx home, or USPS express, whichever offers the quickest delivery to you. FedEx offers several services that will allow those usually not home to still receive their packages. If you need your products shipped via a carrier other than FedEx or USPS, or if you need your products shipped to an address other than the billing address, we encourage you to click the "where to buy" link at the left, and purchase from one of our resellers who are able to accomodate these requests.

Local Orders
We do not have a retail store, and our products are sold exclusively through this site. Our office location is not zoned for retail sales, and we are expressly forbidden from making retail sales to customers from our office. For local purchases, please check our resellers page to find your nearest reseller.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee in addition to our 1-year warranty. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in like-new, resaleable condition for a full refund of the product purchase price. When returing a product, please contact us (via phone or email) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will credit the product purchase price to your credit card. For questions or problems outside of the 30-day window, or for purchases from a retailer or distributor, please check our warranty policy.
